Thank you for visiting and welcome to Borne Naked®! We aim to surpass your service expectations and trade subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop for handbag liners and handbag accessories within this website you accept these conditions.
Ordering
There are 5 ways to order with Borne Naked®:
- ONLINE you can order and pay for your goods using a credit card online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- PAYPAL can be used in conjunction with your Paypal account.
- EMAIL send us an email at sales@BorneNaked.com detailing your order and telephone number and we will contact you the next working day to confirm details and process payment.
- PHONE orders and payment can be taken over the telephone by calling 0409 500 637. Shop hours are Monday to Saturday 9am till 5pm.
- STOCKISTS we have many great stockists. To find a stockist closest to you click here
Orders are processed 3 times a week – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All orders received by 7am that day will be sent out.
During peak gift giving times like Mothers Day and Christmas, orders are processed and shipped daily.
Payment
Payment may be made using Paypal, Visa, or Mastercard. We also accept cheque, and direct deposit. Goods will be sent after payment confirmation has been received.

Returns
Please contact us within 7 days by emailing us on info@BorneNaked.com.
Borne Naked® will gladly exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following
process:
- We will need you to pay the return post to us and the item unused in its original packaging.
- When we have received the item back in unused condition we will gladly refund or exchange the purchase price to you via the same credit card that you paid for it.
- You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Borne Naked®, or delivery note.
Please note, all items exchanged will incur our standard postal delivery charge of $8.50
