Within Australia

Borne Naked® will dispatch your order usually within 48 hours of receiving it providing payment has been received.

During peak gift giving times like Mothers Day and Christmas, orders are processed and shipped with 24 hours.

All orders are sent via Australia Post's postal service. If the parcel does not fit in your mail box, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office.

Please allow 5-10 working days for your Borne Naked® order to arrive at your doorstep. Delivery lead times vary depending on which state you live in.

Borne Naked® does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been delivered.

Postage and delivery charges within Australia

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $8.50.

So if you purchase 1 item the cost is $8.50, and if you purchase 5 items the cost will still remain at $8.50

Postage and delivery charges outside Australia

1 item = $AUD $15, and each additional item is $5. eg 2 items $20, 3 items $25

Late deliveries

Borne Naked® endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate only. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc).

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

• Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.

• Orders are processed 3 times a week – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All orders received by 7am the day of processing will be sent out.
